Grace Najjar serves as the Regional Manager Director in the MENA for PMI - Project Management Institute. She has 28+ years in national and international advisory roles, driving strategy execution, government engagement, modernization and innovative solutions. Passionate about ESG and UN SDG goals, committed to excellence and positive impact. Instrumental in transformative initiatives, expertise in international funded programmes, influential partnerships, and regional growth. Has received multiple nominations for the Top 100 Most Powerful Arab Women in the consulting and coaching sectors. Her biggest achievements cover different sector, e.g.:

Moreover, prior to her RMD role, Grace supported PMI as the head of the Corporate and Government Relations in the Middle East. Through her roles, she has helped PMI establish strong connections with influential organizations and governments in the region.
She hold a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, a Master’s degree in Systems Engineering from Saint Joseph University in Beirut, and a Master’s degree in Network and Telecommunications from the Telecom ParisTech. Grace is a certified PMP, PgMP and DASM, as well as a graduate of the 2013 PMI Leadership Institute Master Class.
