Iwona is an interdisciplinary Analyst and resourceful Strategist, Monitor and Evaluator. She has worked in international development and humanitarian axes for over 20 years. Iwona is experienced in strategic management, institutional capacity building, result reporting, result-oriented monitoring, and evaluation. Iwona has worked with wide range of stakeholders, including Governments, Financial Institutions, Governmental Organisations, and INGOs across different countries in Europe, North Africa, Asia and Pacific. Iwona obtained a Doctor of Juridical Science degree, Master in Law degree at the Faculty of Law and Administration at Warsaw University, Poland and a Certificate of Achievement in Strategy and the Post Recession Economy, Leading Through Crisis at Harvard Business School and Harvard Kennedy School, Cambridge, United States of America.
