Meet Layal Dagher, a skilled journalist from L’Orient-Le Jour who will be moderating Diplomatic Panel discussion at our "Seeking Another Perspective: Journey Beyond Boundaries," conference. With a keen interest in social issues and a commitment to impactful dialogue, Layal will lead the insightful conversation full of expertise and passion.

Layal Dagher studied French and Comparative literature. She works as a journalist at the Lebanese French language daily L’Orient-Le Jour. She covers live news in Lebanon and has a keen interest in social issues. She also collaborates in UNOP’s supplement ‘Salam wa Kalam’.

Layal is the co-founder of a French magazine at the Lebanese University where she has previously organized several cultural activities. She also has experience in teaching.
