Rola El Sheikh is a seasoned Project Manager, Certified Trained, and Life and Health Coach with a global perspective. With a solid foundation in both academia and professional experience, Rola brings 17 years of expertise in various sectors, including public administration, World Bank Projects, and UN initiatives. Her career highlights include her role as an Environmental and Social Safeguards Specialists for the ‘Lebanon Wheat Emergency Response Project’, demonstrating commitment to sustainable practices. She also served as a Project Manager for the ‘Sustainable Oil and Gas Development in Lebanon’ initiative with UNDP, showcasing her skill in complex project management and impactful results.

Beyond her exceptional managerial skills, Rola’s dedication to personal growth and development shines through her role as a Certified Trainer and Life and Health Coach. With a membership in the International Coaching Federation since 2017, she has enriched countless lives through Leadership Programmes, Holistic Wellbeing, and Human Development Sciences.

Rola’s commitment extends to the community, where she collaborated on a ‘Youth Leadership Program’, a testament to her mission of empowering individuals to reach their full potential.
